Ernest Miller pursues research and writing on cyberlaw, intellectual property, and First Amendment issues. Mr. Miller attended the U.S. Naval Academy before attending Yale Law School, where he was president and co-founder of the Law and Technology Society, and founded the technology law and policy news site LawMeme. He is a fellow of the Information Society Project at Yale Law School.

Anything to break the monopolies telcos and cable providers have using DSL and cable internet I support. PG&E (large gas company in Northern California) let's get on the bandwagon! My Comcast internet is a LOT slower than they promised and quite expensive too. Forget DSL. I live too far from the few CO's that SBC has in my city.
