Kris, I apprecate your comment. The paid review you submitted in ReviewMe, actually asked for a review of the home page, so I have my honest first looks. I would still be interested to learn more about your affiliate tracking software, but that still isn't an active link on your site. Details would be great. Adam ›››

Adam, You jumped the gun on this post. Most of the other posts we've been reading included folks who actually were in or tested Pepperjam Network. This post does not appear to represent that level of analysis, which to me is misleading to your readers. I look forward to your follow-up post that actually includes substance about Pepperjam Network and the answers you request versus being critical based on a review of our homepage before links were updated and the site went LIVE. Leadpoint and Lending Tree are both marketplaces as well as Leadpile. The difference here is that Leadpile does not resell the leads but allows the advertisers to set up their price point of comfort zone that they will get per lead. It makes it a Great marketplace for buyers and sellers. ›››

I don't think Schoolpop is wrapped up with Amazon. It looks like SchoolPop has been ultimately acquired by Linkshare's parent company Rakuten USA. http://www.revenews.com/adamviener/2007/09/linkshares_parent_company_acqu.html School pop was woned by CauseLoyalty.com prior to the aquisition, and I beieve I read somewhere that Vesdia was managing the site for a while. SchoolPop has re organized and has tied up w/ Amazon.com. They now have exclusive rights with them, which proved that the non traditional fundraising org has moved on and established itself from the bankruptcy 2yrs ago. I firmly believe that when SchoolPop re organized, the company who brought the org purchased their assets and made sure that all debts are paid. ›››

28. ProspectZone Leads on Lead Generation, the next Frontier of Affiliate Marketing?
I'm with Beth on this one. Whatever business model and pricing system is fine, whatever. But sustainable business is built on transparency and accuracy. Winning your customers by hiding data sets them up to leave as soon as they learn more. If customers who know all the relevant data choose your business, they'll be far more likely to stay. ›››

29. affiliate network blog on Google Acquires Search Marketing Agency and Affiliate Network

30. Peter Caputa on Google Acquires Search Marketing Agency and Affiliate Network
I can definitely see a conflict of interest for a search engine owning a company that does SEO. However, I don't see any problems w/ a search engine company owning an SEM firm. It may not be fair for other SEM firms. But, SEM firms are basically customer service/sales/distribution for google/yahoo, etc. "Suppliers" have always struggled w/ balancing whether to have "distributors" or "go direct". Most companies do both, very delicately. I don't see why google can't do both. On the much more p ›››

Saqib, CJ link tracking is fairly easy to implement. When you select get link in CJ, it allows you to select and SID tracking code and it will create the link for you. If you want to add the link yourself you can add it to the end of any product level url by adding &sid=your-code where "your-code" is the id you want to use for tracking. On shorter url's without variables already added you will need to use ?sid=your-code but only if it is the first variable in the url string: www.domain.com? ›››

Whether you were comped or paid the $100 (est?) to see LeReve, it is worth every penny...seriously, the most visually captivating thing I have ever seen. I must say, the comped tickets do work because it is the one show I tell everyone is a "must see" in Vegas. But, I total, I think it better to give a HUGE shout out to the entire Wynn Entertainment and Affiliate Team...thanks Karen, Katie, Lance and all others for Wynn Las Vegas has been very very good to the affiliate industry as a whole - ›››

Haha.. that's funny. When I got comp'ed by Karen last spring, did it cause somewhat of an addiction. I illustrated the symptoms of this addiction (and the spending that followed), which can be clearly traced back to that comp ticket just a few weeks ago. http://www.roysac.com/blog/2007/01/i-admit-it-i-am-cirquefan-deal-with-it.html I tried to watch LeReve on Tuesday when I was at the summit, but Tuesday seems to be the Sunday in Vegas, no show.
