In galactic dollars, the Brain Waves blog is worth a lot more than the indicated $68K amount -- otherwise we harbingers of neurofuturism would not bother to read, much less comment on, the various Brain Wavelets rippling hereabouts.
My own pitiably inadequate AGI Weblog has no discernible value at all -- but not for long. In a blinding flash of brain rippling insight, one mega Thought rose above the waves to herald a way of adding value to our also-ran rantblog -- by attaching it memetically to a higher-value Wave Whale -- the AGI Mailing List. By posting AGI Weblog entries simultaneously to the AGI Mail List, we make the List into a superset of the Blog. What's more, morons who might otherwise leave unwelcome comments on the personal Blog won't dare to do so on the high-powered List, but rather the universe of high-minded, intelligent thinkers (such as frequent the Brain Waves blog) will join the AGI List to make superset comments on the subset Weblog. Thus the List will rise in prominence vis-a-vis the Forums of Arrogance (you know who you are) who have proved unwelcoming to new ideas of neurofuturism. See you here (Brain Waves) and there (AGI).
